We only ship to the continental United States.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Shipping fees are determined in part by order value and will be displayed at the time of order.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products

Guaranteed Delivery. No carriers guarantee a delivery date for standard shipments. During the Covid pandemic, most expedited deliveries are also no longer guaranteed by carriers. Delivery dates are subject to change and in most cases, tracking will update to reflect the new estimated delivery date.

During peak shipping times (Thanksgiving through Christmas) we would recommend adding an additional two days to your average transit times.

All orders are processed on weekdays only (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: Each month based on the date the subscription was started under your account. Calculate your shipping time from the monthly date of your recurring payment draft.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER?

If you haven’t received your standard shipping order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Priority and expedited orders should be reported based 24hours after the expressed, estimated delivery date.

WHAT IF MY DELIVERY ADDRESS IS A P.O. BOX?

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@ShieldVitamins.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
